Senior Mental Health Practitioner

The role of Senior Mental Health Practitioner is a highly rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services to older adults.

This position requires an experienced and skilled professional to join our multidisciplinary team in providing collaborative, person-centred care. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and coordinating care with other healthcare providers.

  • Contribute discipline-specific expertise to multidisciplinary teams across health and community sectors.
