About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and contribute to making a difference in the lives of our customers and their pets. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Assisting customers in selecting the right products for their pets
  • Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising and product knowledge
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and skills
What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Passionate about animals and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experienced in a similar retail environment, preferably in the pet industry
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Physically fit, able to lift products up to 20kgs, and willing to work weekends and public holidays
  • Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and rapport with customers and colleagues
