Job Overview

We seek a detail-oriented and organized professional to coordinate project schedules, maintain accurate records, and act as key contact for clients and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project timelines to ensure timely completion across multiple sites
  • Maintain accurate records and files for each project, including quotes, project scopes, and deliverables
  • Act as primary liaison for clients, internal teams, and vendors, providing project updates and addressing queries
  • Assist in budgeting and expense tracking, ensuring alignment with financial goals
  • Accurately input project data into management systems, maintaining up-to-date project information for reporting and compliance purposes
  • Contribute to improving project administration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in engineering or construction sectors
  • Proficiency in project management software and strong Microsoft Office Suite capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in data management

Working Arrangements:

This role is based in Perth, WA, with potential travel to client sites within the region.
