Community Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Coordinator to help us expand our reach and impact across disability services. This dynamic role requires a strong understanding of community development principles and excellent communication skills.

  • Drive client engagement strategies, focusing on inclusivity and meaningful connections.
  • Represent us at forums, expos, and sector events, fostering partnerships and collaborations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to deliver targeted campaigns that promote inclusive practice.
  • Utilize data and feedback to enhance service design and improve client experiences.

What You Bring:

  • Relevant degree in Community Development, Communications, Business, or Social Work (desired).
  • 3–5+ years' experience in engagement, partnerships, or community relations (desired).
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS and SIL guidelines.
  • Excellent cultural sensitivity and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for creating inclusive environments.
