**Senior Design Lead Opportunity**

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Design Lead to oversee a portfolio of health projects. This is a leadership role that involves managing design obligations and minimizing commercial risks associated with design.

The ideal candidate will have relevant building and tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (post-graduation), as well as significant experience in design management, project engineering, or project management with a building contractor.

A strong understanding of various project types such as education, health, or defense would be beneficial. The successful candidate will also possess exceptional leadership capabilities and effective communication skills across all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant building and tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (post-graduation).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Design Manager, Project Engineer, or Project Manager with a building contractor.
  • Experience working on construction projects ranging from $25 million to $100 million in value.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
