About the Role
- As a key contributor to our Corporate Communications team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging education programs that promote water literacy among diverse audience groups.
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will develop content and programming that meets the needs and expectations of schools, communities, and other stakeholders across multiple channels.
- Design and deliver Water Literacy programs tailored to the needs of diverse audience groups, ensuring alignment with curriculum and water literacy outcomes.
- Apply customer insights to inform the development of content and programming that meets the needs and expectations of schools, communities, and other stakeholders.
- Manage casual staff resources, including onboarding, scheduling, and upskilling to support program delivery.
- Identify and lead opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in program content and delivery methods.
About You
- Experience in education program design and delivery, including the development of engaging learning content for diverse audiences.
- Excellent project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and evaluation within tight timelines.
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs and environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Creative problem-solving abilities, particularly in navigating complex environments to deliver innovative solutions.
