We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Water Skills Instructors. As a Water Skills Instructor, you will be responsible for guiding children to become relaxed and stress-free swimmers using our world-class program and structured approach to teaching.

The Role: Water Skills Instructor

Your primary focus will be on delivering engaging and interactive swimming lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless learning experience for all.

  • Ability to inspire and motivate children to learn new skills
  • Experience in working with children aged 3-12 years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good physical fitness and swimming skills
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Austswim or Swim Australia certification
  • CPR Certificate
  • Working With Children Check
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
