This 6-week program is designed to facilitate your transition, enhancing your clinical skills and confidence. You will gain broad exposure to acute medical and surgical care, build confidence and expand clinical skillsets, develop autonomy and collaboration in patient care, refine decision-making abilities and critical thinking, and satisfy nursing career aspirations.

- Weekly education sessions targeting 'Back to Basics' clinical skills
- Preceptorship throughout the program and beyond
- Development of strong communication and interpersonal skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Authority to Work in Australia
- Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care
- Demonstrated time management & organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
