Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Asset Management Professional to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for performing logistics and asset-related tasks for Defence Maritime programs.

The successful candidate will have uncapped training and development opportunities as well as other benefits including flexible working and different leave arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Asset Management advisory services to the Executive Team
  • Develop and prepare a program of work to support growth in company asset management practices and maturity
  • Perform a comprehensive assessment and gap analysis of existing Asset Management practices, aligning with the ISO:55000 framework
  • Define Asset Management objectives and performance measures
  • Develop an Asset Management Plan, covering all aspects of the capability lifecycle
  • Develop a competence and training framework for implementation
  • Establish communication and consultation channels and processes relating to Asset Management
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in an enterprise asset environment and capability lifecycle
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of inventory systems across a range of functions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Process-oriented with good attention to detail
  • Hold a minimum NV1 security clearance (must be an Australian citizen)
