Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with Suppliers, Buying, Supply Chain and Planning teams to develop and execute effective long and short term order plans successfully ensuring highest supply rates through our network delivering great availability for customers with productive inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely management of the Replenishment systems, processes and communication protocols to achieve the best possible Service level to stores
  • Pro-active management and resolution of supply chain exceptions across the portfolio to ensure service risks are mitigated
  • Provide expert advice to buying teams and management to influence outcomes and best practice relating to service and inventory management across the portfolio.
  • Drive Supplier Performance Management & Collaboration to maximise On Shelf Availability and develop & execute seasonal plans, drive seasonal reviews and stock plans to execute promotions/new business.
  • Act as a central communication hub liaising with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, fostering strong business relationships

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills including stakeholder influencing
  • Supply or Demand Planning (desirable)
  • Analytics and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Strong presentation skills to deliver findings back to the business
