Your Role

You will lead the design of intuitive digital experiences in a cross-functional team.

  • Conduct customer research to inform product strategy through workshops and co-design.
  • Ground decisions in customer insights, user behavior data, and a test and learn mindset.
  • Rapidly conceptualize and prototype product enhancements that respond to member feedback.
  • Create engaging wireframes, prototypes, and UX/UI designs that are desirable for members, feasible for engineering, and deliver on key business metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional roles to prioritize and execute high-impact features that drive member engagement and retention.
  • Use real-time data and usability testing to validate design decisions and continuously improve the customer experience.
