Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to lead one of our high-performing Member Services teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in leading teams, driving consultant development and operational excellence.

The role involves:

  • Leading a hybrid team of consultants and providing guidance and coaching to ensure exceptional member experiences.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience within financial services.
  • A strong understanding of Call Centre Fundamentals.
  • Ability to support your team through quality monitoring and extensive experience in providing constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Previous experience in managing remote teams.
  • Proven experience in navigating multiple systems skills.
  • Facilitation experience with the ability to run meetings and workshops.
  • Experience working in an ever-changing environment where initiative and problem-solving are essential.
