About the Job:

As a Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for optimising group performance by achieving performance targets, driving continuous improvement, and meeting organisational objectives while providing exceptional customer experience delivery to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure teams achieve performance and KPI targets as part of the BU performance framework
  • Utilise customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance communication and services through continuous improvement channels
  • Identify and evaluate individual and organisational development needs and deliver individual and group learning and development programs
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation, maintaining awareness of industry developments and trends, and respond effectively to changes

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong experience within Personal Injury Claims Management background
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Manager role, working within a fast-paced business environment
  • Ability to create and maintain strong relationships at a senior level with all stakeholders, internal clients, and the management team in line with our values and behaviours
  • Strong leadership, coaching capacity, negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills
