About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our team as a Senior Team Lead in the Home & Living North West Region. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of efficient, innovative, and high-quality service delivery across the region.

The Senior Team Lead will provide strong leadership to a team of managers to develop, implement, and maintain best practice service delivery for individuals with disability. Critical to this role is the ability to foster and maintain collaborative working relationships while ensuring that all operational and legislative requirements are met.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on both operational and strategic activities where you will have real impact to influence outcomes and drive an effective service delivery. You will be responsible for:

  • Leadership and management of a large and diverse team
  • Driving person-centred practices within service delivery
  • Financial management and financial analysis
  • Identifying and managing risks within a complex service delivery environment
  • Change leadership within a large organisation
  • Developing partnerships with stakeholders
