Lead Educational Professional

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum to maximise each child's development and learning.
  • Support Educators to ensure each child participates in the educational program.
  • Assess each child's learning and development with the support of Educators.
  • Establish clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice in collaboration with all Educators.
  • Contribute to the centre's Quality Improvement Plan.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary Qualifications (University Degree or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
  • Current Teacher's Accreditation/Registration (SA).
  • Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
  • Previous experience working in the early years sector.
  • A valid Working with Children's Check or state-specific equivalent.
