Medical Receptionist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a casual team member, you will provide coverage for unplanned and holiday leave across the Reception department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage both in-person and phone/computer-based service to patients and practitioners effectively
  • Provide high attention to detail and multitask efficiently

Working hours will be across 7:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday and rotational Saturdays. You will be responsible for all reception duties including customer service and care, making radiology exam bookings, general clerical tasks, patient record management, and liaison with other receptionists, referring doctors, and medical professionals.
