Senior Child Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs for young children.
This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification, and strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
You will need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) is also required.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
- Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of all children
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
