Early Childhood Educator Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to join our Kindergarten program as a key team member. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a supportive and diverse team that values innovation and child-led learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of educators in the Kindergarten room, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Foster a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to local schools, and positive community experiences.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs tailored to the unique interests and strengths of each child.
  • Sustain a high-quality learning environment that meets/exceeds national standards.
Requirements:
  • An Early Childhood Degree or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.
  • Relevant teaching registration (if applicable).
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
  • A current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.
  • A strong commitment to nurturing young minds and fostering their growth and development.
  • A passion for creating engaging, child-led programs.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.
