Job Overview

The role of Senior Regulatory Officer is a critical component in the regulation of early childhood education and care services across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective regulatory frameworks to ensure consistent and fair application of legislation, standards, policies, and guidelines.
  • Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and ratings of education and care services to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure efficient project completion and delivery of results.

Requirements for Success

  • A passion for early childhood development and a commitment to promoting the health, safety, and wellbeing of children attending early childhood education and care services.
