Lead Indigenous Health Professional

This role involves making significant contributions to the teaching and learning efforts within the Doctor of Medicine program, with a particular focus on improving Indigenous health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Play a leading role in developing and delivering educational activities related to Indigenous health in the MD curriculum
- Provide essential support for Indigenous students across the 4 years of the program, based at Camperdown campus and metropolitan clinical schools
- Act as a positive role model for Indigenous students, offering guidance and mentoring throughout their medical education journey
- You must identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and have a genuine passion for Aboriginal people, culture, health, history, and change
- Demonstrate strong links and respect within the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities is essential
