Job Title: Quality Control Specialist

Our organization is seeking a meticulous and self-driven Quality Control Specialist to assume key responsibilities. In this role, you will be accountable for conducting thorough inspections of materials and components to ensure compliance with customer specifications.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in quality inspection, knowledge of blueprints, schematics, and diagrams, and proficiency in using electro-mechanical tools.

  • Conduct visual, mechanical, and functional inspections of materials and components to verify adherence to customer specifications.
  • Enter inspection data into log books and internal database systems in real-time.
  • Provide feedback to engineers and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
  • Perform visual inspections of printed circuit board assemblies at various stages of the assembly process following IPC-A-610 standards.

The successful candidate will have an Associate's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Experience in high-volume environments with a focus on quality is also essential.
