As a leading Australian residential property developer, Peet Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in Canberra.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a prominent national development project with a reputable and established company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects across various stages of design, planning, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of projects (within the larger project) in various stages of design, planning and delivery.
  • Delivery of civil and landscape works, townhouse and apartment construction, influence site selection and design, optimise customer relations and ensure effective administration of the Built Form department.
  • Demonstrating a high level of leadership and mentorship to a multi-layered team to ensure consistently high levels of motivation and engagement.
  • Providing strategic input to the Project Director regarding the management of the Project.

About You:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • A proven track record of delivering residential or mixed-use developments on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing teams of consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience using project management software and tools.
