Victorian Rail Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and operationally focused individual to oversee all aspects of the Intermodal Rail Operation in VIC.

  • Support National Managers of Road and Rail Networks
  • Manage weekly P&L to achieve financial plans across VIC operations and cost centres
  • Ensure superior customer service and optimal freight movement
  • Provide quotes and offer additional services to customers for growth and profitability

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering excellent safety, compliance, and customer service performance
  • Managing the delivery of exceptional results in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Road/Rail/Sea and Transport Operations or related Industry
  • Proven management and leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
