About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate professional to provide individual counselling and wellbeing support to students, as well as assist in the development and implementation of wellbeing initiatives and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual counselling and wellbeing support to students
  • Assist in the development and implementation of wellbeing initiatives and programs
  • Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Social Work
  • Provisional or full registration as a psychologist with a relevant board
  • Previous experience in school counselling
  • Knowledge of and a deep commitment to child safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

  • A full-time role during term time (40 weeks)
  • 7.6 hours per day, 5 days a week
  • 4 weeks paid annual leave during non-term time
