Surgical Cut-Up Specialist Required

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Histology-Surgical cut-up team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of surgical pathology services by performing Surgical Cut-up in compliance with NATA Guidelines, Troubleshooting, maintaining adherence to policies and procedures, and upholding workplace Health and Safety protocols.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications such as a Bachelor in Science.
  • Experience in routine Histology (Embedding/cutting and Staining) will be an advantage.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, including verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong Problem Solving Skills.
  • A commitment to WH&S and Quality Control principles.
