Job Description

You will lead the strategic development and delivery of data-driven products that enable actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product vision, define requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and technical knowledge of data engineering and analytics workflows.

This is a business-facing role that involves translating data strategy into impactful solutions. You'll act as a trusted partner to the business, championing the use of data to solve complex problems and unlock new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate data and analytics business goals into actionable product workstreams
  • Develop and manage the data product roadmap, including prioritization, release planning, and team allocation
  • Define core product positioning within the analytics ecosystem and articulate the value proposition to stakeholders
  • Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders, demonstrating measurable business impact
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in product management & analytics, with a track record of delivering data product strategies that drive business outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate data into business value
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Power BI, and DBT, and a solid understanding of modern data engineering and analytics workflows
