Job Summary

The Grounds Maintenance Specialist role is a vital position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the grounds of our local portfolio of sites are well-manicured and safe for employees and visitors.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Mowing, whipper snipping, graffiti removal, and other grounds maintenance tasks
  • Working closely with our facilities team to ensure all grounds maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in grounds maintenance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn and adapt to new situations. They will also possess good communication skills, be physically fit, and have a flexible approach to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and pruning plants
  • Ensuring the grounds are well-manicured and safe for employees and visitors
  • Working collaboratively with our facilities team to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills and physical fitness
