We are looking for a proactive **Maintenance Officer** | **Part-Time (30 Hours/Fortnight)** to help keep our facility safe, functional, and well-maintained.

**About The Role**:**
In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the grounds and buildings, ensuring equipment is in top condition, and supporting the team with general upkeep. Your work will help create a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

**About You**:

- Experience in commercial maintenance, groundskeeping, or a similar role (preferred but not required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety procedures and preventative maintenance schedules
- A team player with a proactive attitude, proven ability to demonstrate a customer service focus.
- Valid Police Check and Queensland Driver's Licence
