Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and uncover new customers to achieve sales targets set.
  • Product Introduction: Develop a sales plan to introduce the product within your area and coordinate closely with customer care and sales support to ensure a smooth implementation.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong and healthy relationships with different stakeholders in existing accounts.
  • Lead Management: Manage leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Technical Solutions: Research and scope technical solutions required to meet industry-specific customer needs or unmet needs, and recommend the solution/s that optimizes value and satisfaction for customer and Danfoss.
  • Trade Show Representation: Promote the Danfoss range of products at trade shows as required.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven B2B sales experience selling fluid power products within the heavy industry.
  • Technical Prowess: Self-motivated and driven by your technical prowess and winning opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with some experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
