We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Santa Team Lead, responsible for delivering unforgettable experiences for families in shopping centres.

\

This role involves leading one of our Santa photography teams, creating magical moments with creativity and a friendly approach in a positive & supportive environment.

\

As a Santa Team Lead, you will work closely with Santa to capture cherished photos and memories that families will treasure for years.

About the Role

  • Develop a keen eye for detail to create exceptional photographs and ensure customer satisfaction.\
  • Showcase your infectious enthusiasm and warm smile to create an atmosphere of delight for customers of all ages and backgrounds.\
  • Provide exceptional customer service, thinking quickly on your feet to resolve any issues and deliver a memorable experience.\
  • Demonstrate your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, developing your skills in customer service and photography.\
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, working rostered hours from late October through December.\
  • Flexible hours and full training are provided\
