Customer Service Representative

We invite a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join our front counter as a Customer Service Representative.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety and delivering both administration support and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

As the Customer Service Representative, you will provide essential administrative and data entry support to the team and Branch Supervisor, ensuring efficient operation of the sales department and being a friendly face at our counter.

  • Process daily sales orders and complete dispatch documentation
  • Process daily invoicing and assist to ensure sales orders are ready to be invoiced
  • Meet and greet customers, providing exceptional customer service on our front counter
  • Assist the service team with credit claim processing
  • End of month KPI reconciliations
  • Maintain and update customer/product database
  • Maintain an effective filing system
  • Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely sales orders and deliveries

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good computer literacy skills and familiarity of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • High accuracy of data entry and data management
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service
  • Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems would be beneficial but not essential
