Mental Health Specialist Triage Consultant

Mental Health Clinical Liaison positions are available in Sydney, working with a dynamic and fast-paced team to provide safe and effective care pathways.
The role involves providing recovery-oriented and trauma-informed mental health triage, conducting screening assessments across the lifespan, assessing and managing risk, allocating follow-up care, and directing referrals to the most appropriate team or external provider.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, supporting after-hours bed management for acute admissions, and working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN3) with proven experience in mental health triage, clinical decision-making, and crisis assessment, possessing strong communication and documentation skills.
The successful applicant must have their own car and the ability to travel within Victoria, with fuel reimbursement provided.
