Senior Project Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead complex projects and oversee a team of Junior Structural Engineers and Junior Drafters. The role involves overseeing structural designs in post-tensioned and reinforced concrete, steel, timber and masonry.
Duties- Collaborate effectively with builders, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs meet relevant standards and regulations.
- Review and provide markups on structural drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Offer technical expertise throughout both the design and construction phases.
- Lead and deliver projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Technical expertise in structural engineering principles and practices.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
