About the Role

This role will support the division in rostering of staff and administrative functions, as well as provide backup to the team in screening and interviewing Educators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input shift requests into our database
  • Schedule educators and cooks for shifts
  • Monitor shift availability of educators and cooks
  • Update clients on booking status
  • Phone screen Educators and book in for consultant interviews
  • Interview Educators

Requirements

  • A background in the Early Childhood Education sector or an interest in learning about the sector
  • Previous rostering experience is essential
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to assess, prioritize, and deliver quality service to multiple stakeholders
  • Quick learning ability and open to feedback
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Strong attention to detail
