Key Responsibilities:- Data Importation and Exportation: The Insights Analyst will be responsible for importing and exporting data from the donor database to facilitate various business processes.
- Report Generation: This role involves preparing data for engagement activities based on donor behavior and developing reports to support regular giving programs.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: The Insights Analyst will provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in information management.
- Proficiency in data preparation, loading, and management.
- Ability to transform and manipulate data for business purposes.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
