Data Intelligence Specialist

The IKRC provides teams with authoritative information, records, intelligence, and knowledge services to support compliance and strategic innovation.
This position delivers operational assistance for enforcement and regulatory activities by sourcing intelligence through authorised data searches, driving ASIC's intelligence-led approach.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide tactical intelligence to enforcement and regulatory teams, ensuring compliance with national policies and privacy requirements.
- Conduct complex national searches across ASIC sources, meeting SLA timeframes.
- Analyse and summarise data into accurate, actionable intelligence reports.
- Liaise with external agencies to access confidential information under existing agreements.
- Advise stakeholders on handling sensitive intelligence and information management.
- Maintain records of all searches to support reporting and compliance audits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements and build strong working relationships.
- Contribute to process improvements and IRC projects.
