Workday Payroll Implementation Consultant Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Workday Payroll Implementation Consultant. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Become a Workday Payroll product expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Leverage your expertise to recommend the best solution based on client requirements, project scope, and timelines.
  • Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and understanding of unique business needs.
  • Regularly engage and support clients throughout all project phases, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems to Workday Payroll.
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction while keeping clients, project teams, and Engagement Managers informed about changes or progress related to the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
  • Workday Payroll implementation experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of Workday functional implementation experience highly desired.
  • 2-5 years Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software experience preferred.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
