Join a dynamic team as an experienced Linehaul Logistics Coordinator in a fast-paced environment. This role involves planning and coordinating vehicle loads, scheduling drivers' runs accurately, reviewing and consolidating driver's paperwork, conducting daily debriefs, liaising with drivers and customers, and meeting delivery KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate vehicle loads to ensure efficient transportation of goods.
- Schedule drivers' runs accurately to meet delivery deadlines.
- Review and consolidate driver's paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct daily debriefs with drivers to review performance and address any issues.
- Liaise with drivers throughout the day to provide support and guidance.
- Communicate with customers to update order status and respond to enquiries.
- Meet or exceed delivery KPIs by optimizing logistics operations.
- Three years' experience in logistics coordination or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of geographical layout and transport infrastructure.
- Experience in budget management and transport systems.
- Highly developed organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Pronto and ignition system knowledge desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
