About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional to work in a multidisciplinary setting, collaborating with care teams, professionals, and families to deliver high-quality therapy and interventions. The successful candidate will have experience conducting assessments, facilitating group programs, and providing consultation and guidance. They will also be expected to engage in regular team meetings, supervision, and team learning days.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy and interventions to clients
  • Provide consultation and guidance to care teams and professionals
  • Facilitate group programs and workshops on mental health topics
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Mental health experience and a strong understanding of psychological principles
  • Full General Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA or eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
  • The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check (WWCC)
