Career Opportunity: Lead a Multidisciplinary Team

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pathways Team Leader to join our team at BaptistCare.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to the Clinical Team in delivering integrated, holistic support services to vulnerable/marginalized communities.
- Oversee the hub operations of a multidisciplinary team, including students and volunteers.
- Demonstrate and promote BaptistCare's values, principles, and best practices.
- A degree or diploma in Counselling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in client crises management, problem-solving, and advocacy.
- A minimum of three years' experience in Counselling &/or community-based Case Worker roles.
- Mental Health First Aid accreditation, Trauma Informed Care training (or willingness to participate in training).
- Child Protection training/knowledge/experience.
- An ability to work within an integrated approach that is person-centered and strengths-based.
- Experience working with women from CALD backgrounds (sex workers, DV, LGBT+ communities) or individuals experiencing complex concerns.
- An ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A deep understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and commitment to promoting the organization's values.
- A current Working with Children Check and NSW Drivers Licence.

Salary:The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
