Greenvale Secondary College is seeking a dedicated administrator to support students with disabilities and ensure they have equal access to opportunities.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in inclusive education and supporting learners with additional needs.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading a learning support team to provide individualized support to students
- Developing procedures and guidelines to promote inclusivity and accessibility
- Coordinating professional development activities to enhance staff knowledge and understanding of students with specific learning or behavioral difficulties
- Managing staff to achieve expected outcomes and reporting to senior management
