**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop comprehensive campaign plans to achieve specific business goals.
  • Create compelling ad copy, drafts engaging scripts for video productions, and crafts captivating social media descriptions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing, social media, and cultural trends, translating them into actionable opportunities for our clients.
  • Expertly understand how platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok work, creating content that wins.
  • Collaborate with designers to create eye-catching thumbnails and ad creatives, ensuring visuals align perfectly with the copy and strategy.
  • Work alongside the Paid Media team to understand what content is converting and why, using insights to inform future creative and strategic decisions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in a marketing strategy or content creation role, ideally within an agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing ability to write compelling copy for different formats (ad copy, video scripts, social media).
  • Expert-level understanding of the digital marketing landscape and nuances of major social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic marketing plans driving measurable results.
  • Natural creativity, keen eye for great content, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
