They use data-driven insights to understand what customers truly want, working with local retailers to deliver personalised solutions that make a difference.

As the Marketing Campaign Manage r, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of retail marketing campaigns. This includes developing through-the-line campaigns across all customer touchpoints including (but not limited to) digital, press, radio, catalogues, POS, social and emerging media channels.

What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end execution of retail marketing campaigns, and work alongside the Marketing Manager to drive the strategy and development.
- Brief and manage campaigns with the creative and media agencies and internal design studio to ensure campaigns are delivered on brief, on time and on budget.
- Develop campaign announcements and post campaign reporting and be confident to present these to internal stakeholders.
- Drive internal cross collaboration working groups and stakeholder management (category, merchandise, state teams).
- Track and report campaign spend.
- Ensure all campaigns are submitted and approved through relevant legal and regulatory bodies.

What you'll bring
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing roles focused on campaign execution.
- Proven track record of success in the execution of through-the-line retail marketing campaigns
- Experience managing and tracking budgets.
- Experience in managing agency partners to deliver campaign activity.
- Prior work experience in a fast paced, retail environment is an advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both verbal & written
- Excellent Time Management skills, with advanced Project Management Skills and experience
