Retail Customer Service Representative

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role. The role involves processing stock, providing excellent customer service, working at the sales counter, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Process stock, including sorting, lifting, pricing, and displaying items
- Provide exceptional customer experience, welcoming customers and assisting with enquiries and donations
- Work efficiently at the sales counter, handling cash, operating the EFTPOS machine, and responding to phone calls
- Maintain a clean and healthy workspace, monitoring health and safety concerns and reporting any issues
- Be reliable, fit, and active, able to lift and carry
- Be proactive and self-motivated, able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Have minimal supervision requirements and work safely
- Receive and respond positively to constructive feedback and direction
- Respect company property and the beliefs of others
- Act and represent the organization honestly and ethically
