Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently?

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch staff, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, handling over the counter retail trade sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and accurately tracking delivery runs locally
  • Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles
  • Handling over the counter retail trade sales and customer quotes & delivering exceptional customer service
  • Picking orders, warehousing and stock control activities
  • Embracing our values, policies and procedures
  • Being a supportive team member

Requirements:

  • No industry experience required
  • Customer service experience is essential, along with confidence, initiative & enthusiasm
  • Clean drivers' licence and some general computer skills
  • You'll be a team player with exceptional safety awareness
