
Leading Care Manager

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Manager to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents while promoting their independence and quality of life.
Your expertise in clinical nursing and leadership skills will enable you to effectively supervise and guide your team, ensuring quality and compliance governance are achieved through robust processes that meet internal and external auditing standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding care to residents by advocating individualized care that enhances and promotes their quality of life.
- Oversee a team of care staff, empowering them through learning, support and leadership to advance the level of service to our residents.
- In conjunction with your Residential Service Manager, ensure care governance and quality compliance are achieved through robust processes that meet internal and external auditing standards.
- Sustain and grow the service by diligently managing ANNAC funding, care planning and community engagement, while implementing care initiatives centered on quality improvements.
