Are you a detail-driven professional looking for a new challenge in data analysis? We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our dynamic team as a Junior Data Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets from our comprehensive data warehouse.

The Role
  • You will be responsible for extracting and analyzing data using SQL and other tools, providing valuable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Your clear and concise reports will highlight key performance indicators, driving business growth and decision-making.
  • You will assist in developing industry benchmarks and performance standards, contributing to the creation of industry reports for PR and brand-building initiatives.
  • In addition, you will provide data support to sales and client teams to aid in client acquisition and growth.
  • A strong focus on ensuring data accuracy and consistency will be essential in this role.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a data analysis role is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data querying tools is essential.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial in this role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
  • A keen interest in social media and influencer marketing is desirable.
  • Experience with Python/R for data analysis would be looked upon favorably.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau) is a bonus.
  • Awareness of AI and ML technologies and principles is desirable.
  • Exposure to NoSQL databases is an advantage.
