Job Title:

Logistics Coordinator


Job Description:

This role supports the logistics team in coordinating transportation, storage, and delivery from the overseas center to customers. Key goals include timely and quality delivery.

The Logistics Coordinator will assist in confirming shipping documents, processing goods received, and tracking shipments. They will also arrange transportation service providers for pickup and ensure timely delivery to the destination.

In addition, they will monitor shipment status, coordinate with transportation service providers to resolve any issues, and maintain accurate records of customs-related activities.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree/Diploma with major in Supply Chain and Logistics Management or other Business-related studies
  • 2-3 years of experience in import/export shipping, logistics, and customs affairs or related fields
  • Quick learner with strong communication and coordination skills, data analytical skills
  • Fluency in English is required as the role requires close collaboration with international teams
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Team player with can-do attitude, able to work with challenges and open to take on additional roles

Working Hours:

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday: 10:00AM - 3:00PM

(Part-Time working hours are flexible, subject to discussion with your superior)
