Market Planning Analyst

BRP is seeking a talented analyst to contribute to the growth and development of the APAC region. Reporting directly to the Market Planning Manager, the Market Planning Analyst will leverage strong analytics and business acumen to drive the business forward.

You'll Have the Opportunity To:

  • Lead short/mid-term monthly S&OP revision for EAPI and Japan region, building and maintaining sell-in/sell-out forecasts by analyzing historical sales, trends, retail activities, and seasonality.
  • Reflect latest forecasts into IBP to drive production adjustments and ensure main risks and opportunities are understood by the Global planning team.
  • Track, investigate, and explain variances between forecast and actual results for continuous improvement.
  • Manage production/stock allocation when supply cannot meet demand.
  • Act as the guardian of inventory available for the region and ensure stock level remains under control.
  • Be the main point of contact for EAPI and Japan team (commercial, sales support, marketing) for all matters related to units' planning via monthly governance and ad-hoc requests to improve visibility and smoothen order-to-delivery process.
  • Support the elaboration of unit ordering strategy for EAPI and Japan region, defining rules/guidelines, managing product allocation, confirming orders, and ensuring stakeholders are well informed.
  • Create/update reports, summaries, and presentations to explain strategies and facilitate decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the project team in charge of IBP implementation to ensure day-to-day reality is well understood for continuous improvements.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

  • Previous experience in Supply Chain, Strategic Planning, or Demand Planning.
  • Relevant Bachelor or Master degree.
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
  • First experience with IBP is not mandatory but a strong plus.
  • Well-rounded business acumen combined with high strategic thinking, problem-solving, and efficiency mindset.
  • Ability to challenge status-quo with data-driven insights and a mindset always looking for process improvements.
  • Organized, accurate, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work and deliver in high-stress environments.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI is a strong plus.

About Salary:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
