About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit Merchandiser & Product Planner to join our team at Asahi Lifestyle Beverages. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for building displays, filling and merchandising shelves and fridges, ensuring all products look fantastic in stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise and display products in stores to meet sales and customer engagement goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with store staff and management to ensure effective product placement and display
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor product availability, display and pricing
  • Identify and report opportunities for product improvement and sales growth
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Australian Driver's License with a reliable motor vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
  • The right to work in Australia
  • Good level of physical fitness to frequently and safely lift up to 16kgs and be on your feet for about an hour per visit
  • Confidence with communication and ability to influence and build relationships
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A positive 'can do' attitude with a problem-solving mentality
  • Ability to work extra hours during peak periods
